EARTHLOK™ is typically delivered on flatbed trucks—including single semis, doubles, and road trains, depending on site access and project scale.
To maximise freight efficiency, we work with clients to select optimal roll configurations based on project needs. Typical capacities include:
Single semi: up to 450 m²
Double: up to 700 m²
Road train: up to 900 m²
All rolls are delivered with certified lifting slings, enabling safe and efficient unloading and placement. Our optimised loading approach results in a smaller site laydown footprint and significantly fewer deliveries compared to traditional erosion control systems like rip rap or rock mulch. Where dozens of loads and large storage areas are often required for rock, a single EARTHLOK™ delivery can cover hundreds of square metres—minimising disruption, emissions, and cost.
